This course is different in that it is a specific variety of meditation techniques that I am guiding you through daily, allowing you to be exposed to different styles and see what resonates. I will email you every morning with a link to the day's meditation!
Each day's meditation is no more than 15-minutes, some closer to 10-minutes. I have a busy job at a corporation and have made this course for busy people!
In addition to being a Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher and Registered Yoga Teacher, I have been a corporate mindfulness trainer at Meta since 2018.
